People’s growing interest in their own electricity consumption, real-time fault reports and easy contact with customer service. These were the key elements for the new and easy-to-use mobile app.
Vaasan Sähkö’s mobile application is a joint project of many different companies, in which Devatus has taken care of the mobile application’s user interface. The application is still a beta version and is constantly being developed. In the next stage, e.g.the customer’s billing information is also included in the application.
Devatus has a professional team that has worked hard with the app. Close cooperation with Vaasan Sähkö has worked smoothly and the development of the application has been the result of good cooperation.
