Devatus employs talented experts in the digital world. Instead of a traditional line organization, we support the strategic development of competencies and methods in our own strategy teams, which are based on a strong company culture.

Learning is something we invest in and all of our employees have the opportunity for learning and personal development. Through regular development discussions and 1-2-1 discussions, we want to support everyone’s personal development throughout their Devatus careers.

Sauna, good food, gaming, bowling, jogging, floor ball, padel. We want our employees to balance work and leisure and we encourage Devatus employees to organize and develop various activities. This is one of the best ways to meet colleagues from outside your own team.
Working hours & places
We trust you, so remote work and flexible working hours are a no-brainer for us. Freedom of time and place at work is one of the most valued things on Devatus, and we have invested in making it possible and strive to make this possible at different stages of life. We do not work overtime.
