Wow wow wow! Our eNPS this year is a staggering 82!It’s extremely important to us that our employees (aka devatuspeople) enjoy their work and the company culture.
We want to listen and to be available to our employees and we’re using the Humbol tool for 1-2-1 discussions once a quarter and once a year for a bigger employee experience discussion. In addition to these, we use an ELO Work community survey anonymously once a year.
We will have open positions soon, it would be nice to have new colleagues!
