Our tips for successful recruitment
- Company culture, we want a person to embrace our culture and in interviews we try to map out that the person fits to that.
- English, it is our only language requirement and is used in all communications internally as well as externally. This makes it easy for everyone new to come into the house when everyone has a common language.
- Equality and diversity are important and obvious to us in everything we do.
